We specialize in ready-to-ship garments, made-to-order garments, custom-stitched attire, and couture/bridal pieces. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Sizing and colors are represented as accurately as possible online; however, minor variations in fabric shade, embroidery detailing, or design placement may occur due to display screens and artisan craftsmanship.
• Custom-stitched and made-to-order pieces are tailored based on measurements provided by the client or standard size charts published on our website.
• Orders for custom-stitched, made-to-measure, and bridal pieces are final once production has commenced.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

All operational timelines are calculated according to Pakistan Standard Time (PST, GMT +5 hours):

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
• Made-to-Order, Custom-Stitched & Bridal Pieces: Processed within 8 to 12 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the final destination and total order weight.

• Domestic Deliveries (Pakistan): Typical transit time is 3 to 5 business days following dispatch.
• International Deliveries: Estimated delivery ranges between 7 and 14 business days post-dispatch, depending on customs clearing procedures and regional carrier logistics.
• Tracking: A unique courier tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For all international orders, any import duties, customs taxes, vat charges, or local clearance fees levied by the recipient country's government are the sole responsibility of the client. These fees are completely separate from your total purchase amount and are collected directly by the regional courier or customs agency upon delivery.

6. Cancellation & Withdrawal Rights

If an international order has already been dispatched and the customer elects to exercise a right of cancellation or withdrawal, the customer assumes full liability for all return shipping costs, carrier surcharges, and associated delivery expenses. Sahar Atif Studio manages applicable taxes or duties on original shipments in strict adherence to governing legal frameworks.

7. Return & Refund Policy

All return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of your parcel's delivery date. Requests initiated after this 14-day window cannot be accepted.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

• Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number is supplied.
• The item remains completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original brand tags firmly attached.
• The garment is sent back in its original, undamaged brand packaging.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund:

• The delivered size does not match the order placed or deviates significantly from our online sizing guide.
• The delivered product differs substantially in fabric, embroidery, color, or overall design from what was displayed on saharatif.com.
• An incorrect product variant or wrong order was sent.
• A genuine manufacturing defect compromises the basic wearability of the garment.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

Made-to-measure orders, custom-stitched outfits, bridal ensembles, discounted/sale items, and final-sale inventory are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless an unrectifiable manufacturing defect is verified by our team.

8. Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it undergoes thorough quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original outward shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on saharatif.com—including garment designs, proprietary patterns, embroidery motifs, imagery, graphic layouts, brand names, copy, and code—is the intellectual property of Sahar Atif Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
