Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Sahar Atif Studio ships worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Payfast and direct bank transfer. For made-to-order pieces, a 50% advance payment is required to begin processing your order, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. Ready to wear orders can also be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready to ship pieces typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days domestically, and 10 to 14 business days internationally, after dispatch. Made-to-order 2 to 3 weeks and bridal pieces take 8 to 12 weeks to process before dispatch.
Who is responsible for customs duties on international orders?
Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are collected separately from your order total by the destination country's customs authority.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and refunds can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and has its original tags and packaging intact. Made-to-measure and final sale items are not eligible for return.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us at saharatifofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Do you offer custom stitching or made-to-measure orders?
Yes, select pieces, particularly bridal and formal wear, can be made to measure. Please reach out to our team via WhatsApp or email to discuss measurements and timelines before placing your order.
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the size chart listed on each product page. If the size delivered does not match the chart, it is eligible for return under our returns policy.
