Order processing

Ready to ship orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of the order being placed. Made-to-order, custom-stitched, and bridal pieces are processed within 8 to 12 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays. Timelines stated are based on Pakistan Standard Time (PST, GMT +5 hours).

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

Domestic delivery (Pakistan)

Once dispatched, ready to ship orders typically reach you within 3 to 5 business days.

International delivery

For international orders, delivery timelines are determined by our shipping partners and affiliates, and generally range between 7 and 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the client's responsibility. These charges are separate from your order total and are collected by the courier or local customs authority.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be shared with you by email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

International returns and withdrawal rights

If an order has already been dispatched and the customer wishes to exercise a right of withdrawal or cancellation, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related expenses. Sahar Atif Studio will manage applicable taxes or duties incurred on the original order in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
