The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce
- At Sahar Atif, we want to facilitate our customers at our best.
- You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges.
- Items which have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Final sale and sale items are excluded.
- If you are not satisfied with the fit, color, or size of an item, don’t hesitate to exchange it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with.
- Exchange can be done in-store and online.
- If you want to exchange online, the customer will bear the shipment charges of exchange item.
- Return/Exchange item(s) may not be worn or washed.
- Moreover, Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.
